Spotlight Data Review

I like that it allows me to see what kind of candidates are applying to my job postings, which makes it easier for me to decide on who should be interviewed. The software can sometimes have problems with uploading resumes, but this has been resolved in the recent updates. I also don't like how you cannot search by salary range or location. I like that we are able to run reports on all our clients, rather than just specific jobs or even job categories - which would be good if you have many different types of client work going through your system! The interface could also do with some updating as it's not always easy to navigate around sometimes, but this isn't anything major either way at present. I like that it gives me an accurate picture of what my account looks likes, giving insight into where things are going well or not so much! The interface can be confusing at first but once you get used too its easy enought o navigate through when looking up reports from your current clients/employers etc (not just in general though).
