Description of SQmediator

SQmediator is a multi-user performance management system that supports passive quality monitoring and active testing for a variety of IP network services and applications including Voice over IP, IP videoconferencing, web, email, DHCP and DNS. In passive mode, it collects, analyzes and displays performance metrics sent by IP phones, probes and other media endpoints. In active mode, it uses distributed software or hardware test agents to generate simulated VoIP and video conferencing calls and to test network services and applications. SQmediator Service Provider Edition is a highly scalable multi-server management application that supports multiple services, aggregation for customer locations, and a web services API for integration with back-end applications. This edition also features multi-tenancy, providing per-location and per-customer dashboards. SQmediator Enterprise Edition is a scalable multi-server management application for large enterprise, providing aggregation by location, SNMP trap generation and Email alerts. SQmediator Business Edition is a cost effective single-server management application for mid-sized enterprise and call centers. SQmediator Small Business Edition is a low cost single-server management application for single location businesses. All editions of SQmediator support definition of service quality thresholds, SNMP trap and email alert generation, secure multi-user browser based user interface, advanced interactive dashboards with rapid drill down for troubleshooting individual calls and a range of other features.

Excellent Video Analytics and DIAL software for call recording

The best part about this product has been its ease in use as well flexibility when compared with our previous products which were quite complicated during configuration stage itself alongwith complex UI/UX design at times! Amazing instrument for testing software applications

The ease in which you can set up your tests using our SDK's makes this product unique among all others we have used so far! We had been looking at products like QAQTEST but their price was too high compared with what they offered us (very limited features). Also I don't think there are any other vendors out there who would offer such flexibility in terms of API access - just give them some time and everything will be ok :) Our team has realized how important is quick feedback from customers…

Great interface for monitoring computer usage

I like how easy it was to set up our new server with all the features we needed. The customer service has been great too! We have not had any issues so far but if there were something i could do better then please let me know! Our main problem right now is having more than one user using the program at once. It would be nice if you can just add another account without switching out your current one. This helps when trying to troubleshoot problems with an employee who does not understand what…
