I like that it's very user friendly, easy for new users (and even seasoned ones) to use with ease! It also has some great features such as being able to track tasks easily once you have set them up in your account which makes tracking progress much easier than using excel or other software solutions out there. I like that it allows you as an admin user, or even other users who have access to this tool, in order for us to be able to see what our teams are working on at any given time. It can also give me insight into how my teammates are feeling about their projects currently. I like that we can track all of our tasks in one place, so it's easy for everyone involved with projects throughout my organization (and beyond!) to see what needs doing next! Also love how quick responses are when things go wrong or need fixed/updated. It could be more user friendly if there was some way you couldn't close out your tasks unless they were approved. If something goes awry during an update process, being able to keep working without having everything restart would save time…
