I use it so much in my career as an Account Executive at ESI, we are able to track our work easily with this software and keep up to date which helps us be efficient when quoting clients. It can do much more than just jobs, but it does have its own benefits to using the product. The support team are very helpful at all times! I like the fact that I can easily see everything I need to see in one place. It's very easy to use, and it's also very easy to add new features. The only thing I don't like is that it's not as easy to use as some of the other programs, but that's just because it's a great program. I would definitely recommend this to other companies.
