I found that Talenize has allowed me to expand my search capability by allowing users to post jobs even outside of their region. There's also an easy process of uploading resume so it makes things easier for both users and recruiters. Overall experience has been good. It takes some time to get used to but once you're set up everything works well. The layout could be better as sometimes when you are searching resumes there isn't enough space to fit what you type in to find your specific job…

The ability to target specific job functions or positions that I am looking in my current field of work from anywhere you are located allows me more flexibility throughout their service as well. There seems like there could be some improvements made when it comes to interface design but overall they do great at keeping up this tool!
