Type of review

I like that it provides me with insights into my customers' needs, wants, desires and complaints in real time, as well as historical data for future reference. It's pretty easy to understand once you get accustomed to how it works. The interface is also very intuitive so anyone can easily use this tool without much training or help from an IT person. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too serious. For now it seems like all of our issues have been fixed through updates which…

Pros
  • Being completely remote
  • Ease up installation was great compared wth similar tools available online (NPS) vs traditional CRM where implementation took ages if not done correctly)
  • no worry abt losing valuable stats / information while exporting excel reports etc., saving huge amount oof man hours spent manually updating various systems individually everytime new survey sent
