I love the fact that I have a lot of flexibility in the process. I can set up a process and use it multiple ways. It is easy to use. I can also add new fields to the process or edit them. I can't think of anything I don't like about the software. Sometimes it is a little difficult to find what you are looking for. It is easy to use for a small business. I like that it gives you all your financials in one place, which allows me to see what my expenses are at any given time or month/year for previous years as well (which can be helpful when trying new things). I like that it has integrated with our Salesforce CRM to help us track leads, deal flow, opportunities etc., as well as all aspects related to sales process management in one place! It also helps me keep up-to date w/ my contacts' calendars & availability for meetings / calls.
