A good solution of collaborative software

TeamSight is a great tool for tracking and monitoring project activities. It's easy to use and I can easily add comments and assign tasks to team members. I can also use the chat feature for quick communication. Sometimes, when I try to add the same task to multiple team members, it is not possible and I have to choose between adding the task to one or multiple team members. Sometimes I also get confused when I have to choose the right project to add the task. I use TeamSight for tracking…

Great tool for managing projects with multiple team members

I like that Teamsight helps you manage projects with all of your team members. It allows me to keep track of my time spent, and it gives me a dashboard view from which to analyze where I'm spending the most time. I also really like that it's built-in with TFS so there isn't much else we have to purchase to be able to use this. I dislike not being able to customize some of the information within Teamsight. For example, I would like to see if a person is blocked or not in terms of time spent on…

A great team collaboration platform

When creating an incident, I can assign it to my colleagues (in real time) just by clicking on their names in the teamsight screen. This is very helpful for assigning tasks when working remotely or from different locations. The reporting part of the app needs some work as well! If you have a lot of incidents that need to be reported every day, this might become difficult. You should consider using more filters so that all incident types are displayed at once and there's no filtering required…
