Easy plug and play installation. Didn't have to turn it off to drain the battery. The headlights are bright but shine on the ground. Don't like losing some lag, it always dreams of holding just a bit of power, as you can see by looking at the fuel gauge it doesn't always seem to hit 99mpg, even in gear. manual mode.

Since I installed the blocker I have not had to add oil to the engine. We use this car for a lot of highway driving and in the past I have added 3 to 5 liters of oil between oil changes. This device solved the problem of oil consumption and gave the engine some power. The fuel consumption didn't bother me, the problem was the oil consumption! Problem solved!

I have a 2020 Camaro 2SS 6.2L V8 and it has AFM which means it shuts off 4 cylinders to save fuel at certain points during the journey. That would be good if the shutdown does not occur randomly and is not accompanied by noise and vibration. All you have to do is plug it into the OBD port and it does the rest, the V8 is having fun all the time. I have not experienced any battery drain with this one.

I have run this unit on my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado and it is amazing! It was very easy to install and I'm leaving mine on! I'm just waiting to move until the light is constant. I've also noticed that my gas mileage has increased! I think it's my driving style and the engine shouldn't think so much! But due to false advertising in this product description, this product may not fit your car model as it advertises all GM V6 and V8 engines. Availability Installed a few days ago on my 2015 Sierra. I was sure it would disable V4 mode but was curious if it would offer all the other benefits I've heard from reviews. It looks like it works, not ticks. It looks like it will affect the shift points as well. The truck just shifts smoother and feels a bit more aggressive. It's really more than just disabling V4 mode. Trucks drive much nicer now. Just plug it in and you're done! No need to talk about error codes just yet. 5 stars for me.

Find a display on your dashboard that shows your truck switching from a V8 to a V4 engine while accelerating to, for example, 40 km/h or more.
