Very Easy to navigate and find data fast

It is very easy for our sales people as well customers who want assistance from us, they are able see all of their carriers information within seconds! No more searching through phone book or different applications trying get info together so quickly!! Nothing I dislike about this software but it has helped my team out big time. We have been using other softwares that were not user friendly like some others mentioned here we could never figure them how too use correctly without help. ! This…

Great product and very user friendly interface

I like that it is easy for our team of 6 people (2 sales, 2 Account Managers & 4 Customer Service Reps)to access all information about each customer's account from anywhere they are located via their mobile devices or desktop computers. The ability allows us as reps/customer service representatives more time spent actually solving customers' problems instead just having them call back into headquarters everytime there was an issue! It would be great if we could have some sorta "dashboard" type

  • TemForce provides everything you'd ever want in CRM software including contact management system with notes attached to contacts emails can also easily sent directly through email address associated wth individual records very user friendly interface even tho used remotely offsite at home thru laptop computer while working out side..easy enough anyone should do without any training required.not sure why not much better
