Excellent Product - User Friendly Support

Easy to use with excellent customer service! I have been using this product for over 5 years now and it has never let me down. I highly recommend this software as they are always willing to answer any questions that we may have. It is very easy to set up but not so easy to learn how to do things yourself if needed. We used to spend hours every month trying to get our telecom bills in order which was taking valuable staff resources away from other areas of business. This has allowed us to keep…

  • Very user friendly
  • Great support team available 24/7 at no additional cost (not sure you can say there anymore)
  • Good value compared against others outthere when looking into cloud based options.
  • Lots or functionality included, even though simple design makes setup quick once done everything works well enough without needing too many bells & whistles;)
Cons
  • There aren't really downsides here.
  • Can be pricey depending upon your needs
