Works well enough; just needs modernization

I like that we have built tools to help my reps close deals faster. It was easy for me as an admin, but it still needed some tweaking in terms of UI/UX (looks dated). Also would love if they could create custom tabs or fields - there are only so many opportunities available! In general though, everything seems ok at this point and no improvements really need be made right now unless you're looking into features not yet launched by 10BND. Have been able to automate deal creation & approval…

An excellent Call Tracker platform which is easily scalable and extremely user friendly

The best feature of this system was its ability to provide my salespeople with an easy way for them enter their calls, as well make scheduling easier than other systems I've used before in that it's not just numbers but names too! We would like more information about our data being stored within another country/region (Europe) if you're looking at expansion there or any kind o security issues relating thereto etc..
