They are highly knowledgeable about what is happening with their technology clients all over town- not simply local! While they know so much that helps them be able solve problems well beyond just one product or service line there isn't any sense though out lack of direction/planning process. Need more time than I'd like from day 1; maybe this will improve as they become familiarized? Have gone through 3 separate account managers but each has been very helpful at different times given our needs
