Intuitive tool for QA to have a single pane of glass for all data

The ability to have a single pane of glass for all of our data is great. We can use Tonic to make sure that our QA has the same test data we use in the field! The support is great. The team is constantly improving the product and adding new features. The only thing I don't like is the price. We pay a fee per month for our QA to use Tonic. I know this is very costly, but this is all I've heard from other companies. I hope it's just me. We also use Tonic to monitor our user flows. We also use…

Pros
  • It works with every app or website you want monitoring.
  • It provides an easy way if tracking your users' paths through apps/websites
  • Can be used as both mobile application AND web browser extension (for Android & iOS phones)
Cons
  • The cost may seem too expensive at first glance

Overall positive experience using TONIC QA

I like that it is easy enought even if you are not tech savvy at all! It's very intuitive once we get used toooem but can be overwhelming when first getting started with tons of features available in one platform (such as integration). The support from tonic team has been great so far - they have helped us figure out how best t use their product by answering our questions quickly while also keeping up w/ new releases or updates which helps keep things fresh & current without having constant…

Pros
  • The integration with the product and the team's support
Cons

We use this product at my current job which is mainly doing web scraping from sites that are not under our control or ownership so it's very important to be able to trust in what we're pulling because there can sometimes be errors with pulled information (sometimes just bad luck). Nothing too much but I have no issues using this tool daily as part of my work flow when working out bugs/errors where something doesn't look right on purpose etc during regression tests before pushing code live into…

Pros
  • It allows users who aren’t experts yet get started almost immediately without having any prior experience writing python
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
