It is easy to use with great features that are simple yet powerful at once. I like how it allows me to set reminders of scheduled work orders or jobs in my calendar so there's no need to remember them myself (which will most likely forget). The reporting feature helps keep track of pending repair requests which can be helpful when managing multiple sites/departments across an organization. Occasionally you might have some downtime during peak times where your site goes down but this does not…

Great Job Tracking Tool for Field Service

I like the layout that shows my schedule. I like the idea of being able to schedule a job without having to go to the work order to do it. I can also see how much time I am working. The only thing I don't like is it is not able to save my schedule, so I have to re-enter it each time I come back to it. It is very helpful when I have to keep track of my schedule. I can see what I have coming up and when I have time to work on certain jobs. The integration with our other systems is great! It's…

ToolFleet - my review about this sevice

Managing with ToolFleet gives me control over when staff attend job site. Before using the app, I had no idea what appointments I had scheduled. With ToolFleet, the client sees a real-time list in his mobile device, along with a calendar icon. That helps me to keep track of jobsites and appointments, just in case something happens during off hours.
