I love that it has an automatic reply function so there's not much manual work to do! The interface can be confusing at first but as you get used ti it just gets easier with every use. I like how the software can be customized to your needs. You can add or remove fields to make it more user friendly and less complex. The support team is always willing to help with any issues. I am very pleased with this program.It works great so far! It's easy to use but can be difficult at times.
