I like how easy it was to set up and configure at our site and with our equipment. The system is very intuitive and easy for us to use. We were able to do a lot within an hour or two of installing the software. It's easy to use and we've had no issues with it yet. All I can say about TSM so far is that it has been easy to use and easy for our users to understand. They are always asking questions and getting answers immediately.
