Quality body

I have a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport and it fits perfectly. It is slightly larger than the original but has a nice look. I just wish it was cheaper.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Weight

You pay for the TRD logo. That's all.

Although very expensive for a red trimmed "TRD" shift knob, it is far more reliable than the stock shift knob which I really like.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • No

Installs in 30 seconds - Enclosure

Bigger than stock, which is better. Looked better than stocks which is better. And it took 30 seconds to install, which is amazing. My wife said that to no avail because I don't need a new one, but how is she supposed to know.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • No power

Easy installation, I mean really easy.

What do you expect, it's an OEM so yes it's expensive. Looks great and feels better than stock. It's a bit bigger than standard but I prefer it. Paired with the trd sticker, you can get it here at Revain. The decal is also a little pricey, but you're looking at this TRD grip right now, so spend a little more to complete the look.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Fits

Nice visual upgrade

I bought this pen about 2 months ago and it still looks and feels like new so the quality is as you would expect from a genuine part TRD would expect. It's slightly larger than the standard grip, giving it a sportier and more aggressive look. Installation was very quick and requires no tools. All in all, I'm glad I made the purchase.

Pros
  • Great value for money
Cons
  • Functionality

Great interior update

Great interior update for my 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport (Automatic Transmission). It appears larger than the stock shift knob and has small red accents as shown in the photo (which looks great considering my truck is red). Installation was easy - just unscrew the old handle and screw on the new one. The"installation" took less than a minute. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Blank

Nice addition to the body and trim

Easy to install and looks great with the red TRD stitching on my leather seats. As other reviewers have said, it's bigger and has a different feel. i am your hand I personally don't have big hands, but it doesn't seem too big to me. I see if you have big hands you would love this. Easy installation 30 seconds. Unscrew the old one and screw it on. The leather sheath is easy to put on and take off from the shaft and the new shifter.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Minor issues

Great visual upgrade, but plastic

The shift knob looks very stylish and is a great visual upgrade from stock. However, there are significant differences in sensations. While the shaft grip is mostly "leather" and feels soft like a softball, this one definitely feels like it's mostly covered in hard plastic. It's also a bit thicker than the standard. In fact, it might be a small detail of the interior that only I notice, but I like its looks.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • Almost never

Great looks!

Very happy with the decision to switch to Pro Shift Knob. The black, along with the red stitching, really complemented my truck's interior. But what pleases me the most is the feeling. The stock shift knob is good on its own. However, the feel of the Pro Shift knob beats this. It's bigger and seems more stable. I find myself putting my hands on it while driving just to feel it, something I've never done on any previous car. Hell, I even look forward to changing gears just because I have to…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
