Description of 💡 Tripp Lite LS606M Power Conditioner with Regulation

600W 120V LINE CONDITIONER: Maintains usable 120V nominal output to sensitive electronics during severe brownouts and overvoltages. Prevents surges and spikes from damaging circuitry. Filters out potentially disruptive line noise. 6 OUTLETS: Connect up to 6 electronic devices to the rear NEMA 5-15R outlets. Compact unit (5.5 in. high) features NEMA 5-15P plug. Rated at 120V/600W/5A. Ideal for computers, routers, modems, printers, home theater components and point-of-sale equipment. AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATION (AVR): Monitors incoming AC power and keeps equipment working through brownouts and prolonged overvoltage conditions. Corrects undervoltages as low as 85V and overvoltages up to 147V. Boosts input voltages below 102V by 13.4%. Reduces input voltages above 130V by 10.4%. SURGE SUPPRESSION: 720 joules of network-grade surge suppression protects against potentially harmful power surges and spikes.

This company has never let us down

Meets or exceeds its specs every time - we have 2 more of these devices protecting critical equipment that competing products in the same environment couldn't afford, next to .Tripp -Lite has consistently made quality products over the years without cutting corners.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • There are nuances

I use these network conditioners before the UPS in my .

I use these ACs in front of the UPS in my house. UPS protect your TV, PC, router, etc. from power failure/failure. The UPS cannot detect the difference between mains voltage and generator voltage while the mains conditioners are running. Without grid air conditioners, UPSs stay on battery even when the generator is running.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • obsolete model

Works as intended in inline conditioners

I use this to protect an FDM 3D printer. In the past, the printer would often give an error and need to be reset, especially if left unattended in the shop. I believe that we have an unstable voltage in the network. The light around the house is regularly getting brighter and darker. Since I've added this to the 3D printer, the error hasn't recurred. There is a power switch on the top rear panel for easy control of the power of all tools.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good quality, well-known brand, strong

This is the fourth device that I buy. Designed for a small wine fridge drawing 1.5 amps (180 watts). The other three I have (1800w models) have been protecting a full size fridge, washing machine and gas dryer for over 5 years with no problems. Devices move with the times, the electronics of the devices remain safe. Good insurance for the price. If the voltage is too high, it will fall back to normal; If the voltage is too low, it will ramp up to normal (the front indicators will tell you it's…

Pros
  • Solid surface
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Works very well: Line Conditioner

It must be at least a year since I bought it. I use it to power my premium video capable imac. There is a difference in performance. I overload my imac with a few hubs due to random crap like interfaces, jubi keys, pentablets etc. This helped the car a lot. I would buy it again when it comes out. A good thing. No problem with that. (PS plug it straight into an outlet, if you use a crappy power strip or shoddy surge protector you'll get a lot of power drops.)

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Empty

Eliminates problems with electronics and power interference

Unfortunately the cabinet in our house is on the same circuit and the TV is getting timer interference when the sodium fumes/streetlight is not lit over the driveway. When the light turned on or off, it caused a small increase in the voltage supplied to the TV. Not wanting to damage the new TV I bought it to see if it would work and it works great! I used to install them on POS systems in grocery stores that lacked clean power and had problems with the POS being affected by other items on the…

Buzz/Vibration - Update

Bought 6 pieces, 3 of them buzzed/vibrated horribly. Didn't get any help from them. Support I opened up the blocks and found that the transformer screws were loose and the board wasn't wide enough. After tightening the screws and applying electrical tape to the PCB, the noise disappeared, indicating poor quality. After 2 years I found out that these devices DO NOT WORK as advertised. I can control and display the tension, to my surprise I found that they stop regulating the tension. This went…

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • Quality

These are essential for protecting computers, stereos and other sensitive electronics to ensure their longevity. AVR stands for Automatic Voltage Regulator. That means it takes the volts and amps from the input, converts them and stabilizes them for 'balanced' use by your electronic devices. I am not a salesman but an electronics professional who understands the importance of protecting electronics and ensuring their longevity. And if you're looking for something similar to the battery backup…

Not what I expected

I build and work on tube amps. I was expecting more from direct 120V regulation but apparently the boost/buck doesn't work until it's higher than anything I've seen in terms of voltage before. I discovered this recently when my electric heater in the shop was cranked up to full power and the voltage in the shop dropped to 113 volts on the wall. I then checked the voltage of this one and it was exactly the same. The "BOOST" light was also not on. So I checked the description again and it says…
