Lock and remove

Use a thicker plastic strap to remove these parts. The manual doesn't say anything about how to take them off the ceiling if needed and there are no tools. I found another comment here that suggested a zip tie and that really solves the only problem I've found with this model, other than that they are fantastic!

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Almost everything included

works well - wireless access points

if you need poe you get individual packages - works well and easy to install with a cloud key, now you have 5 of these 4 mesh pro and a mesh (wanted a smaller profile for outside)

Pros
  • easy setup
Cons
  • frequency

The BEST AP I've used in a wireless AP

These APs are amazing. I tried Ubiquiti for the first time, but now I'm a regular customer. It took a while to figure out how to set up the controller, but there is a support option where someone from Ubiquiti will walk you through the process.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Amazing WAP in network products

I really like them. We have been using them in our customers' homes for many years! Don't think we've had a bad one. Tech support is a bit rough but there are plenty of websites and information you can google for.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not sure

This is the best access point period. Take her!

These are the best access points of the moment! With a cloud key, these hotspots are awesome! Ultra fast speed that can support many clients. Does not include power injectors which must have a 48v switch or custom injectors.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Protection

Looks good, works good

You know that a lot of business these days comes down to making sure your looks match your experience. These hotspots look very professional. We attached them to the ceiling and they shine very well there.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Infinitely slow

BEST AP I've used best in networking products

Pros
  • Important - 5 packs do not include PoE power injectors. A PoE switch is expected or a separate PoE 802.3af must be purchased
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Great buy for professionals

Great ubiquitous hotspots for another win. This is a great buy as they offer enterprise-class Wi-Fi and customization options for more enterprise-level control and security. If you're a prosumer who can figure out how to set them up on different VLANs, do it! It's a better buy than eero because I can drill a lot of features out of them. The only thing is that you need other Ubiquiti devices to really get that kind of performance out of them. But great buy

Pros
  • Indoor and outdoor use (see outdoor specs for details)
Cons
  • Annoying
