What you need, a cool purchase, I advise you.

It was not the first time I worked with UBNT, but it was the first time with TD . they wound up the second time, because. At the first start, "Kaspersky" interfered (only after the removal of the antivirus, the points were found). They work normally, they cover two "lights" - 150 m2 with ceilings of 4 meters (rectangular building), a weak signal outside the walls. Further, according to the plan, work with competitors "Mikrotiks" and already choose which is better. ps use only high quality…

    Pros
    • Installation, plastic quality, design. In principle, not a bad initial setup wizard.
    Cons
    • Settings through only a controller! that runs on JAVA - which causes some problems on some machines due to software conflicts, so I recommend buying a ready-made controller (or assembling it on a microcomputer) or installing it on a server. Started the controller so far on W10x64 Pro + Firefox. But everyone chooses for himself, and everyone has a different number of TDs . I think the price is too high.

    Nice price, good quality.

For a small apartment or office where there are no walls, a great option. Pros below: Hotspot design, can be hung in a conspicuous place. Small sizes. Got cons: Low power, if there are walls then there will be problems with the signal.

A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

There are no analogues for their purposes. Difficult to set up - only for IT people. Has pros: It distributes honest 300 Mbit / s, does not cut in half the speed given by the provider. Automatically transfers consumers between points while moving. Many other things (opportunities, settings). Different cons: iPhone - connection problems on 5 GHz and download freezes, sometimes rarely, sometimes all evening, impossible to use. It is treated by reconnection in most cases. Known glitch associated

Great product, a pleasure to use.

A worthy device, for a corporate network, that's it! The price of ~ 5300 for the company is not very expensive, when compared with TSYsks, 20-30k each.

    Pros
    • Powered by PoE, adapter included, setup via Ubiquiti Unifi Controller, just configure one and the rest pick up the settings from the base one.
    Cons
    • from several purchased points 1 for a long time could not "find myself in this galaxy" reboot did not help. Then she earned herself and did not fail anymore.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Not the first year familiar with Ubiquiti products. They left only a good impression, and even now, I was not disappointed with the purchase of this device. I want to express my categorical disagreement with the previous review: the lack of a web interface at the point itself is not a drawback, since the point is designed to work through the UniFi Controller software, this is the web interface through which you can manage one or more UniFi devices. The points of this series are designed to…

    Pros
    • The transfer rate is high (up to 40 Mbps in the immediate vicinity and up to 30 Mbps in neighboring rooms), not lower than the ZyXEL Keenetic Lite 3 that I had before. Beautiful design, powered by a PoE injector: only 1 cable is suitable for the access point - a twisted pair cable, through which both data and power are transmitted. Support for two WiFi ranges - both the common 2.4 GHz and the new 5 GHz - is a reserve for the future (so far I do not have client devices that support the new standard).
    Cons
    • The manufacturer's forum reports that the point does not pass RA packets in guest mode, which suggests incomplete support for IPv6. In normal mode, I had no problems with the transmission of packets specific to IPv6. Guest did not check. It is not possible to turn off and turn on the LED at the point according to the schedule. The methods described on the manufacturer's forum do not work with the new controller and point. But this is more of a nitpick, and my personal Wishlist, just a point of location in the bedroom and interferes with sleep at night. It can be turned on and off manually via the controller.

Great product, a pleasure to use.

has been working for more than 3 years in the office set of 3 pcs. set up a connection policy once and forgot. a new user appeared - logged in, entered all the data and forgot again. works in tandem with a mikrotik switch for the average user, the configuration system will seem complicated, but it is quite easy to figure it out. the ability to adjust the signal strength makes it possible to zoning in a large office. You can track where which user is if there are a lot of access points and…

    Pros
    • appearance signal coverage everything you need is included: mounting, power supply invisibility on a white ceiling the ability to adjust the signal strength
    Cons
    • did not find

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

what you liked: 1. dot design, the ability to turn off the light indication 2. no need to separately connect the power, threw the cable, connect a point to it, connected the power to the PoE adapter and everything works 3. simple setup, downloaded the application to the phone, connected the point, registered the name and password and everything works, no complicated settings, the second point was immediately determined and copied the settings from the first 4. transfer speed in the same…

    Pros
    • stability, speed, design
    Cons
    • would be a little cheaper

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

Be careful when ating the firmware. Don't press too hard. ate when everything is set up. I had to reset the point, everything went wrong and the point wanted a password that I don't know.

    Pros
    • Quality item. Excellent long-range signal on two bands. Easy setup from your smartphone.
    Cons
    • Expensive.

Powerful tool for home and small office. A lot of settings, excellent quality and inexpensive within the corporate network, in comparison with ciscos. The Ubiquiti Unifi Controller interface supports the 2022 language, a low entry threshold, which allows you to quickly figure it out and set everything up. Pros: Simple and concise design that fits easily into almost any interior. Automatic import of settings from one point to another. Seamless network between multiple points. Powered by PoE and…

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

Before the advent of this access point, there was a medium-standard router, from one well-known company. After installation, any problems with communication without wires disappeared. Signal amplifiers are no longer needed. Neighbors Wi-Fi does not interrupt mine. Pulls about 20 devices without visible problems. For the gateway, I took Microtik through which this unit is powered. The average Wi-Fi speed is 300Mbps.

    Pros
    • Everything is fine, just right for a two-room apartment.

Better antenna design than bigger product offerings

Okay, give me the riddle. Smaller footprint, same UniFi management, lower power consumption but better area coverage? Yes, see specification! The internal antenna has an improved design for higher gain! Of course they don't come with POE, but. If you're using UniFi switches (for unified management), then you're already set up - assuming you're using POE switches, of course.

    Pros
    • Cool product
    Cons
    • Security
