Efficient and Versatile: Universal 35720 Adding Machine Calculator for Accurate Calculation Needs Review

I only opened the packaging to use this adder tape in February 2020, although it was ordered a few months ago. Today in the calculator I found that it does NOT fit. I looked at the packaging and it says it's 2 1/2" not 2 1/4" as stated on the seller's site. I'm VERY disappointed because when you had to add machine tape you thought you had it on hand and then realized it didn't fit. I am angry!

I ordered 3 packs of tape rolls. The reels appear to be in their original packaging (which was not torn or damaged) which contained their packaging stacked on top of each other but as can be seen from the pictures ALL CYLINDERS AND ROLLERS were obviously BROKEN. whether you are looking at the top or bottom of the stack as shown in the images. ROLLS ARE NEVER SUITABLE FOR USE as everything is distorted i.e. broken. The seller should have seen that the buns were broken before they were processed.

When I bought my printed calculator it came with a tiny roll of paper that fit in the unit. But knowing that most people will likely need more, the calculator has been fitted with a swivel bar that accommodates rollers of this size. I ordered this paper around the same time as the calculator and was glad to have this paper as a backup when the small roll that came with my machine quickly ran out.
