Doesn't work well at an angle.

The screws holding the projector at an angle are not tight enough. There are no nuts in it. They are just metal threads. They come off very easily. There should be some nuts and bolts here, not just drilled holes with threads. Also: if you mount it on 2x rafters or on the floor, the mounting plate is not square. The holes are at the corners and the bottom bracket is diagonal to the rafter. There's enough flex on the underside to make it work, but it forces you to tighten the screws even more.

Goes well with Epson 2040

This inexpensive universal mount goes very well with my Epson 2040. It took a bit of creativity to get 3 of the 4 mounting feet on the projector but as it is a unicersal, I expected that. Otherwise, after setting up the mount, it was easy to adjust and tweak the position of the projectors. Several people complained about "a screw" holding the projector. That's true, but it's a collared screw. Tightened, the bracket extension and projector aren't going anywhere. If you don't have a wood or stone

Easy installation and flexibility

The mount was pretty easy to install. This is the first time I've installed something like this, but the instructions were very clear. The only thing is that the hole template has marked smaller holes than the actual drill size required, so care must be taken to ensure all screws line up with the bracket once the holes are drilled. Likes: - Very easy to install - Very flexible. Can be used with any type of projector and adjusted to any height and angle - There's room for cable management even…

Exceptional value. Can't justify spending multiple times more Minus 1 star but still works great with my relatively large and heavy Epson 5040UB (24.3 lbs.) Great option - extension cord - I started without it but ended up needing it Bolt hole, the overall quality is very good. Before installing the projector, I temporarily applied a downward force that was probably 30-50 pounds to see if the slide stand would slip, but there is a lot of friction when locking, so I'm sure it was installed in a…

Great value! See Accessories and Consumables

This is the best value projector I have ever owned. I have a $4500 Sony 4k projector that has great picture quality and 3D effect. I also have a BenQ short throw projector that gives me a sharp image and performs well in a bright room and costs me $1,000. Then came Cibest, which surprised me with good image quality in a half-lit room. Features are limited, but that's understandable for the $200 price point. You may notice some soft spots on one or more corners. But most areas are focused and…

Epson 5030UB compatible

The mount is very affordable and comes with everything you need for self-assembly. I haven't hidden the cables (in the bracket) yet as I'm waiting for my electrician to finish the input box behind my AV system so I can turn it on after using the surge protector and UPS. One thing about this hand that makes me wonder (maybe I shouldn't, or maybe I'm missing something!) is that the only thing that seems to keep the inner tube from slipping off the outer tube (and my projector falling off). on the

Very good buy for this price!

I am very satisfied with this product. The only issues I find are fine tuning. In both the left and right top and bottom corners, the image is a bit washed out when the central mass of the image is perfect. It's almost impossible to get their lineup, but for the most part the picture quality is perfect for me. I ran a few 4K videos as well as regular YouTube videos and movie videos and they all turned out great. I believe the best view is on the default selection. bright is too bright and…

Best bang for the buck!

The arm is very heavy - heavier than the projector. It seems well constructed and definitely worth 5 stars for only $15! When I opened the package there were so many parts and details that I put everything away for a few days thinking it would take me forever to figure it out. I didn't even use most of the parts because they are included in the box so you can mount this thing on any size projector. If you are planning to run cables through the ceiling there is a great way to use the guide to…
