Up Country collars, leashes and harnesses are made from high-tensile strength nylon webbing with sewn on polyester/nylon decorative ribbons. The hardware is solid brass. The quick release side closure buckles are Coast Guard approved for high weight hold. Made in the USA. Machine wash gentle cycle or hand wash and line dry.

Excellent collar!: Dogs

Received quickly as promised. Very nice collar and holds up very well. Our dog has been wearing it for a few months and it still looks great!

Not suitable for puppies, best among dogs

This collar was adorable on my little dachshund for about 15 minutes. The colors looked great. within 15 minutes. Then it unfolded! My dog only wore this one day and she is completely exhausted. It's a shame because it's really cute.

Excellent collar the best in collars, harnesses and leashes

I have loved Up Country collars for a very long time. I'm from Rhode Island and I believe I was one of their first clients in 1984. Their quality has not diminished. These are well made, durable collars with great patterns and colors. Very stylish. They fit exactly as stated. This is not a disposable collar - it will serve your furry friend for a lifetime.

Elegant looks and durability, enough room to adjust for a precise and secure fit.

This is one of the "classic" collars for dogs. The quality of the material and stitching is above average, and the buckle is strong and big enough that I don't have to worry about pinching Poppy's neck when I put it on. correct fit. I will definitely order another one.

Good enough collar but too wide for my 26# dog.

Read the description carefully. I thought I'd buy a collar that was 5/8" wide and medium length. In one place it is described as 5/8 inch wide and in another as 1 inch. Doesn't sound like much, but the buckles and leash loop are cute. chunky for my friend and the little one is too tight. Unfortunately I had to send it back. I would give the collar 5 stars if it were more clearly described.

NO Plaid - Stars and Stripes!

High quality collar with a strong clasp. Small label (I hate when a collar is just a big advertisement for the company!). However, I wanted a plaid collar like the picture and got the Stars and Stripes collar. The collar packaging says "Checkered Collar", which is a packaging error. If you want a patriotic or 4th of July collar this will work great.
