Great Stuff: Oils and Fluids

I use this on my e85 car and have never had a fuel problem. The best alcohol fuel additive to keep the system clean and lubricated. 2 ounces per 5 gallons is all it takes.

Pros
  • Fuel Additives
Cons
  • New Competitors Emerged

The only one I use for fuel Additive

On the third bottle. Works as I suspect. There were no problems with the fuel system. It's a pity that there isn't a large selection of fragrances. Regular methanol is pretty strong.

Pros
  • Additive
Cons
  • Update Availability

Percent Change in Ethanol

I added 2.5 ounces of E69 to a 5 gallon container, the best ethanol I can find around right now. I use a Continental ethanol meter and it currently reads like E46 on top of that I almost had a heart attack but the stoic readings look ok.

Pros
  • Fuel System
Cons
  • Compatibility

Best Premium Lube none

I consider Uplon to be the best of the best alcohol based lubes. I've used it in my methanol fueled drag car for years and it leaves a light film to protect the cylinder walls and fuel system parts. I have always used a liter per barrel of alcohol.

Pros
  • Oils and Fluids
Cons
  • Protection
