Description of Upsolver

Upsolver is on a mission to turn engineering-intensive data lakes into easy-to-use repositories that serve 50X more data professionals compared to the status-quo today. Upsolver cuts 95% from the tedious process of preparing event data for analytics and machine learning, using a visual SQL-based interface, a cloud-native data platform and deep technology for stream-processing, indexing and eventually-consistent file systems. Upsolver is already serving data-driven customers around the world, at terabytes-petabytes scale, and is being recommended repeatedly by AWS for its unique ease-of-use for even the most challenging use cases.

Simple Storage Service is simply great, best bang-for buck solution ever

We are solving one problem - how do we store large amounts (billions) in S3 buckets with low latency read/write access? This has been an issue since day 1 when trying to solve problems like IoT devices needing fast streaming video or high volume mobile apps pushing out realtime events across many users. I am sure you can find other solutions but none were as simple nor solved such issues quite so well! It's not perfect yet because there will always be room for improvement however it does seem…

Pros
  • Very easy, intuitive interface
  • Extremely responsive customer service team.
  • Greatly simplified our ability both from technical perspective AND business strategy perspectives too : )
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Awesome extraction software for macOS

The tool helps in extracting information which we can then analyze with other tools such as R or Python etc. It allows us to extract all our data (even large ones) easily without losing any info and also provides an option to have it stored locally if needed later - this saves time when working offline! There are some times where I find myself confused about what part goes here/there but after reading through their documentation thoroughly i am able to understand things much better now!! This…

Pros
  • I have a folder with a large data and this tool helps in extracting all the data and keeping it easily in a folder
Cons
  • It can also extract all the files and information

Excellent tool For extracting & transforming your datasets

Upsolver helps us to work with our data in different ways. I am using Upsolver for Data Lakes and Streams. My favorite part of Upsolver is that it is cloud-native, which means it is reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain. Upsolver also helps us to transform data into new formats and extract data from various sources. I also like that Upsolver gives us a way to easily share our data with other tools. I have no dislikes as it is a very good product. Upsolver has increased my productivity and…

Pros
  • Upsolver is a cloud native data transformation tool that helps me to extract data from different sources and transform them into different formats
Cons
  • I do not dislike anything in Upsolver

Best solution for building custom APIs

We are solving our problems with upsolving in real time! Our team uses it as an API gateway (our own). It's very good because we can solve all issues related to security or network performance without having any knowledge about how these things work internally. I don't like anything so far - everything works fine but i would really love if they have some way where you could see your logs easily when something goes wrong inside this service. You should try them out once before deciding whether

Pros
  • Easy integration
  • Excellent customer support, always willing help us resolve complex cases even outside working hours.
  • Highly available servers that allow for instant provisioning across multiple clouds using one simple SDK call from AWS CodePipeline / CloudFormation templates etc
  • No code changes required; just upload configuration files &/or credentials
Cons
  • Not yet integrated into Salesforce
  • Lackluster documentation
