Integrated Platform That Drives Business Success

I love the chat functionality that's available to my team. It makes our daily tasks more efficient, productive, and streamlined! All of this from within one platform which cuts down time spent searching for something or another. As with any tool, there are some things you'll need to get used to (such as learning how to navigate their app). But once it does start clicking, they become very intuitive. Easy To Use Lead Generation Tool: Uptick

I like that it is easy to use and very intuitive. It provides me with all of my information in one place, which makes life much easier! As an individual who does not have a team member to help them through their sales process, this tool has been essential for collecting leads from prospects. Once they are added into upTICK, it's so simple to schedule meetings via our shared calendar.   • Easy enough even though tech illiterate people can learn.
  • The support staff was there every time questions popped (even last minute)I liked seeing how everything worked together within upticks system

  • Mostly okay, but...

I like how much you can customize your dashboard for each client, which makes it easy to keep track of their progress! There's also not enough integrations with other tools we use in our business - yet! So far so good though, they're working hard at expanding that list. It would be great if there were more options for sales reps to filter data by prospect stage or status (e.g., "active" vs. "inactive"). Also, having an option to add notes from phone calls when rep is out of office would help…
