Cheap and does what it's supposed to.

Does not fit straight, needs to be trimmed. But there are no complaints about the price. Holds up pretty well after about 1 year.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Fits

Not working, contacts damaged

I ended up buying this sensor from another supplier, I might add cheaper. This didn't work and on closer inspection I saw that one of the pins was damaged and bent.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Update available

Perfect for my 2003 BMW 530i

Perfect for my 2003 BMW 530i. So far so good, time will tell. The reading accuracy is about +/- 2 degrees, better than my old sensor. The price is right, shipping within 2 days from premiere.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Perfect fit for my needs

My outside temp on my 2013 Mini Cooper S kept reading -40 degrees because my old sensor was damaged. Bought and it solved the problem, outside temp works fine. I looked on YouTube how to install it, it took 2 minutes.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Pins in sensor connector.,

When I went to swap the old sensor for a new one, plugged it in and started the car the outside temp sensor showed 122+F• I turned it off, turned the car off, pulled out the sensor and looked into the connector sensor. I noticed that one of the two metal pins inside was pushed almost all the way into the sensor and didn't touch the wiring harness when plugged in. I had to use tweezers to pull it back to the same height as the other. After I did that and plugged it in, it seemed to work. So if…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • wobbly
