Great platform to keep track and analyze data

The ability for me as Director of Marketing & Ecommerce at UserReady is that I can easily access everything through their dashboard which has allowed us in creating our plan moving forward with what we need from them each month or quarter! Nothing really but it's easy enough use if you have an account set up already like any other tool out there!! If your looking into this service make sure its worth paying upfront otherwise they could charge more then likely not provide much value after all…

  • Allows anyone within organization, regardless skill level/title get instant updates

Good Omnichannel solution and attentive support

I like that they are always looking for ways of improving their products by adding new features or making existing ones more user friendly - this is very helpful when dealing with such an important tool within our business! There's nothing really i dislike about Userready at all right now. The customer service team have been great so far in solving any issues we've had as customers (and even those outside of working hours). We're currently using it mainly because its free software compared to…

  • Very cost effective solution if you do not require complex functionality etc.etc..as well no need expensive technical knowledge needed just standard computer skills required..all done via web gui interface only!!! :)

Not bad, need improvements & further development to compete against alternatives

I like that it is customizable so you can get what your looking for if there isn't anything available out of box! It's easy enought too use by just googling stuff but not as intuitive an user friendly UI compared with other tools i've used previously (inclamp etc). For example in clamps when searching something from google will bring up results straight away where using InClump would make me click through pages trying find my search term first which was slower than expected especially…
