Great Company, great product! They have a fantastic live agent app and website that I've used extensively. I was having trouble getting my mobile number ported into the live system, so I contacted VCC and got a prompt response within 24 hours. They had no issue taking over my old number and porting it into the new system. I've had no problems since. VCC Live is absolutely worth the money and should be a requirement for any company looking to go live with a contact center. One thing they do…

  • They have an awesome web based interface, it makes setting up an agent easy.
  • Their support staff is top notch, they have been helpful when I've needed to get through technical issues.
Cons
  • The reporting aspect of their web based software is pretty basic, not sure what type of reports they offer beyond that.
  • Their pricing structure may seem high for those just starting out.

I have used vcclive before and was very impressed with their service.

I have worked with other cloud contact center providers before and was skeptical when I heard about vcc live because of the hype. But after speaking with them, and having a demo, i am glad I decided to give them a try. The best thing I liked about them is that they are transparent about their pricing, the services they offer, and how to use them. It feels like you are talking to a friend and they are sharing their knowledge instead of trying to sell you something. And it is so easy to get into…
