VideoAsk (by Typeform) Review

I like how easy it is to set up, use & customize your own forms for each user role! The process was simple enough that most people could do this without any help from our team at all - we were able solve almost everything they needed us with through their support channel or via email when things got tricky. Their customer service has been great as well so far- always quick responses from both teams in New York (>99% reply within 24hrs). Could be better about including more text fields…

The ability to easily embed forms into our site using tools like Zapier is great! I wish there were more integrations with other platforms/apps, but it's still pretty easy for us to build custom form fields or add in additional sign-ups when needed. I like that they are very easy to use, simple interface with no need for complicated features or confusing options. They also provide excellent customer support!
