Great way of collecting info pre project kick off

I like how easy it is to set up, use & customize your own forms for each user role! The process was simple enough that most people could do this without any help from our team at all - we were able solve almost everything they needed us with through their support channel or via email when things got tricky. Their customer service has been great as well so far- always quick responses from both teams in New York (>99% reply within 24hrs). Could be better about including more text fields…

Easy setup and seamless flow between various apps

The ability to easily embed forms into our site using tools like Zapier is great! I wish there were more integrations with other platforms/apps, but it's still pretty easy for us to build custom form fields or add in additional sign-ups when needed. Not much that we dislike at this time - however, integration issues are probably my biggest issue so far. Very user friendly and useful software

I like that they are very easy to use, simple interface with no need for complicated features or confusing options. They also provide excellent customer support! There is not much about this product that I dislike - it seems great! We used them as an internal tool at work in order to gather feedback from our employees regarding their experiences working here. It was helpful because we could get input without having to go through email or meetings. This helped us improve our workplace culture…
