Good build, very flimsy

I mean for $10 don't expect much. The quality is cheap plastic, but the workmanship and functionality is fine. BUT it doesn't carry much weight. I made sure he said he could take the weight of my camera. Lo and behold, that's not it. The legs flex when the camera is on and don't stay in place. Worst of all, the little plastic clips that attached the plate to the tripod head came loose 4 minutes after putting the camera on. Then the plate won't hold. At that moment it was useless. If you'reโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Compact design - fits in most pockets
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Great design and quality for the price!

This mini module is designed for small to medium-sized mirrorless cameras, P&S DSLRs and entry-level DSLRs. Along with lots of accessories. I bought mine for a dedicated off-camera flash. A. It flexes quickly but firmly and is NOT encumbered by joints every inch (most others are a nightmare) - A+ neoprene covers the metal legs. My one and only downside is that it looks well built. I was glad the Q/R wasn't just a simple thumb latch, but a 2-pin male to female grip panel with spring-loadedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Flexible legs allow you to shoot from any angle
Cons
  • Expensive

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

I was VERY happy when I got this product, it worked exactly as described and saved me a lot of money compared to buying Gorilla for $25 or more under. It worked for a good week but broke today. The first issue was with the quick release feature, when I tried to remove the camera from the tripod I pressed the "quick release" buttons and it broke with the holes that the buttons snap into on either side. To fix this, I simply glued the eccentric to the tripod, so although I had to screw the camera

Pros
  • Sturdy construction for years of use
Cons
  • Some little things
