The best part of this software are its user-friendly features which help me manage my schedules very easily without any hassle at all! The tool has been very easy to incorporate into our process flow. It's intuitive to use, and we have had minimal issues getting it setup correctly. I don't like how they are trying to push their "cloud" service. We've had this program running successfully without cloud services since 2010. The main benefit of using this software was its ease-of use when it comes down to creating schedules as well has being able to track our jobs at anytime we needed them too!
