Money well spent on outdoor recreation

I bought 5 of these loaders for myself and my family. All but one were excellent. One had problems and when I reported it to Virtue on Sunday they exchanged a new one by 6pm the next day. Some of the best in customer service along with a truly great product.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Something different

Great bunker at a relatively reasonable price

The Spire IR was a fantastic bunker. I wish it had things like a spring ramp and high speed feed but for the price I can see why they are being sold as upgrades. Despite this, it delivers a consistent flow, is easy to clean/disassemble and is built to last. I like Virtue products across the board; In my opinion, you can't go wrong with either one.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • No automation

Good hopper, probably the best hopper for the money.

Works well and is very quiet. I would suggest buying a spring ramp right away otherwise you will have to tip the hopper every 20 rounds or so. We have two Spire IRs and a few other bunkers, but I like the Spire better because it's quieter. Both feed well and both are fast enough for any electronic marker. The downside is that the feed rate is so high it's ridiculous. It should also go together with the ramp.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some cons

Save for Spire III

While this is a great funnel, my first concern is the "tool-less design". While it doesn't technically require any tools, it's really difficult to take apart, especially when you're trying to fix a problem in a game or on the field. It feeds perfectly and no ramp is needed as the bottom already has a large enough angle to bring the balls to the feeder. Not a big fan of plastic feed registers either. Just seemed cheaper and was afraid they would break it if the pod caught on one.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Some issues

Great bootloader. but was it new?

so the loader is excellent so far. (I used it twice) The battery lasts much longer than my Halo (with v45 board). goods arrived. from the box? That means the box was intact but the loader was seated upside down in its hard container lid and nothing else. I don't know if it was an open box item (since it was supposed to be new) but they had no factory seal and instructions. I know this can be found online, but trying to remember all the button presses just by the color of the LED can be…

Smooth action for loaders and accessories

I don't understand why people complain about the smallest details that don't really matter, this hopper is just magical on my Etha 2, my etek5 and my Mini Gs, all of them My guns fire much faster and I guess there's no need for advanced because it depends how you play, time a pro gamer recommended this hopper to me at a Living Legend event in Chicago, and WALAAA he was right! This funnel is amazing, you can clearly feel the difference with my Valken vsl, it's much softer and lasts, I'm…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Good bootloader but not perfect

I've been using Spire for a few months. Overall I like it, even if I have mixed feelings. Certainly there are pros and cons. Eventually I started using my dye rotor more and put the Spire back in my gear as a backup. Pros: - Large capacity - Quick loading lid which is easier to fill than Dye and still can be flipped. open to dump paintballs. -- Easy to open and requires no tools -- I've never had a stuck or broken ball. Cons: -- The feed mechanism is a bit more difficult to set up on low-recoil

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Hard to say

Great bunker, and at $99 it's a great value.

Very good funnel. For the purposes of this review, I will be comparing the Spire 200 to the Dye Rotor (v1), which is similarly priced. What I like about Spire: 1) it never gets stuck. I've spilled several cases of poor quality GI 1 star paint through this hopper without a single jam. I bought this hopper on purpose because my rotor seized up trying to feed poor quality paint. 2) Incredibly easy lid change - It takes about 10 seconds to switch from corona speed to rain lid. This is a great…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive
