Booking Room Reservations Using OpenTable

I like that you can add guests to your reservation without having to go through the online platform first. It's also easy to make changes to your reservations once it has been made. There are definitely some bugs when using the system. Sometimes it will not accept an input, sometimes the app freezes or does not load correctly. This software is great if you want to have more control over your booking process. We use this at work to manage our hotel reservations. We can now book rooms faster…

Pros
  • That there isn’t much required information for making new room requests (email addresses) because they automatically populate from LinkedIn profiles upon request! Also love how simple & fast their customer support team was in solving my issues as soon after contacting about problems within minutes highly recommend!! :)

I like that we can do everything from guest checkins/checkouts right through reservation system all by computer without any staff at my front desk! It has been great not having so many people around anymore (staff) but it does take some time getting used too because you don't use your hands as much now either if they are off of their computers or phones etc.. You also get very little interaction when asking questions about things which is quite strange sometimes considering how friendly…

Easiest reservation technology ever made with awesome customer service

The system is very user friendly when it comes to managing reservations within our organization! I love how easy this software makes booking events/seminars so convenient as well because of its mobile application that allows us to book from anywhere we are at anytime without having access to any specific location or computer equipment!! If you have never used VRS before - definitely try using their training videos first if they offer them. You will learn everything there about what all…
