The best thing about this product, as I see it now at least (it's been several years since we've used it), was that they are always adding new features to make their products more useful for customers in different industries - healthcare or hospitality among others. I like that they are easy to work with, as well as extremely customer service-oriented! They have been able to fix many issues we've had in our system. The turnaround time for updates has also greatly improved since working with them. We're still learning how everything works but it's going very smoothly thus far so no complaints there yet!!
