The interface is easy enough for beginners, but still advanced features are available if you need them. There doesn't seem like there's much in terms of support or help out-of-the box from this software package. It also sometimes seems that some updates don't go through very well (or at all) so it can be difficult getting new versions installed when needed. The support from vpssim has been awesome, they are always there for me if I have any questions or issues with my account!
