Amazing Brake Pads - Brake System

Would definitely buy again. Easy to install (just saw a video on youtube) and they work great. No noise, just good brakes! I save a lot of money by braking my cars, my wife's cars and my teenagers' cars.

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Doubt

Easy installation Fits spares

My husband was a mechanic before he retired so he still likes to improve his skills and when we needed new brakes he wanted to fit them. I watched him install them and he had no problem with it. We have driven the car several times since installing it and have had no problems.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • So-so

Not a direct replacement for the blue 2010 Elantra.

The front pads from the same company fit without any problems. Yes, those rear pads would need to modify the end tabs on the pads to fit. The clips are also different and one of the pads had a deformation. Not worth the time to send back, leave Justin as a spare backup set.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • The list will be long.

I am satisfied with this product.

These pads fit very well. I'd rather pay $10 for a business membership. But the Amazons even count me. I thought about it. Only in the auto parts trade were people who worked in the sheet metal business listed as used car buyers. That's unfair . But look at the fake online store, it's the same.

Fits Hyundai Elantra 2010 BEFORE March 2010

Brake pads would be fine I'm sure. But they didn't fit my car. I was able to return these pads and order the correct ones so it wasn't a problem. If you are buying 2010 Hyundai Elantra these models will fit pre March 2010 models. For models made after March 2010 (like mine) you will need Wagner PD1313 series rear brake pads.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Good but not great

Quiet and good machine.

I installed them, they haven't made a sound since I installed them about 500 miles ago (I know not much time left to test). I'll post again later if there are any issues with them, but I don't see that happening. I bought these to replace a factory brand that was installed at a large auto parts store and only lasted 20,000 miles before wearing out. The original car upholstery lasted 75,000 so I hope they last at least 50,000. Before anyone asks, yes, the calipers move freely, the mounts are not

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Clarity

I love Wagner full ceramic brakes

I have installed Wagner full ceramic brakes on my 4 cars for the last 5 years. I can tell a big difference in braking performance compared to OEM or bimetallic brakes. I've never had a warped rotor with Wagner all-ceramic brakes. I have had many warped rotors with other non-ceramic brakes. My research shows that while all ceramic brakes wear out a little faster than bimetallic brakes, they stop better, handle heat better, and wear out the rotors less so they can be reused more often between…

  • Decent performance

It's not the pads that require regrinding, it's the car.

The pads work very well. I have them on a Hyundai Tucson and had to "tweak" the pads to make them fit. We've got 180,000 miles on it and I've changed the front and rear pads several times. I haven't found a set of pads front or rear that I didn't have to do it with. Just a little loops on both ends. I'm in my 60's, I've owned a lot of different cars and I've never paid a shop to fix a brake. Until I bought a Tucson, I never had to "adjust" brake pads. It's just a Hyundai thing. Maybe it's…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

I had to modify the brake pads for the car

First of all I want to say that I repair quite a lot of cars. for yourself and for others. I've only been using Wagner brake pads for 10 years. and I've never had to "modify" a set of pads to fit. til today. The brake caliper brackets were cleaned as usual and new pad holders were installed. When trying to install pads. just won't fit. I had to spend 15-20 minutes to get from the car to the mill. "Adjusting" the pad tabs to fit. I almost guessed the pad holder. the metal part of a brake pad to…

  • Practical thing

  • So far so good
