I like that this is an online platform rather than having to use paper applications or faxing in documents. It has made our process much more efficient. We are able to book directly with clients without waiting weeks for paperwork from them to come through. There isn't really anything I dislike about the program at the moment. The best thing about WaveRez is that it is very easy to use, and it is very easy to set up and customize to your needs. The customer service is also great, and they are always willing to help.
