I just received my order for the EZ All Swim System. When I boxed, the bottom of the box looked wet. I found 2 bottles of liquid. One for the body wash and one for the shin and detangling. The detangling bottle was open and empty inside the box. Needless to say I was disappointed. But I couldn't see if anything was missing or damaged because I was cleaning up the mess. I think something needs to be done about quality control.

My god this set is a savior. I managed to wash three dogs in about an hour. This makes bath time easy and efficient. He lathers them nice and clean and then you rinse them out. I was able to do most of it by myself. This product is essential for anyone who has a large house with multiple dogs. This is a game changer. Because of their thick coat, we use it to wash Newfoundland dog hair. Pros: Easy to install and attach to a hose. Easy (enough) to clean after use. There is a part on the atomizer that can hold it without squeezing it. Cons: Difficult to determine the water to shampoo ratio unless the shampoo needs to be diluted with water. There must be enough water in the soap for the hose to soak it up - clean shampoo will not be sucked in. I still have to push back my dog's fur to get the shampoo onto her…

For those of you who have never tried this, this is a purchase you won't regret! This will really clean up your horse and save you TIME! Don't pre-wet the horse, just spray on the cleaner, wait a few minutes and rinse off. That's all! Sometimes I have to do the ankle area twice, but it's still so easy, no rubbing needed. Works great! I found I like it without the colored tips on the inlet hose, but it uses up soap/water very quickly that way. I have a 2015 Power Wagon (Ram 2500 Crew Cab Short Bed), it takes 2 32oz soap/water to wash the whole truck. I use it instead of a bucket of soapy water. I cover half the truck in foam, clean the truck with the brush on the broomstick, and then spray it on. Washing wheels and tires takes twice as long as washing an entire truck using this method. After washing dogs, my life has completely changed! I have three Danes; two of them I hate bathtubs. I need to tie two lines to two collars on them and then tie them to two different poles in my carport. In the past, I've felt like I was fighting shampoo with a hose (I can't put them in a bath, and at 130 and 185 pounds respectively, they can't be "forced") and shampoo. Aside from that, I just spray them with soap, and then all I have to do is "clean out" their bellies where the oily buildup is

The exchange through Revain was very easy, the old one was delivered to our local UPS shop and the new one arrived the very next day.
