Wellcome is an all-in-one workplace management platform for the new normal that helps HR managers create the safest and easiest office arrival experience for everyone—employees, visitors and contractors. * Manage office capacity effectively—so that seats are never over-booked and the team can safely social distance. *Contact trace quickly—and notify at-risk people if someone in the office gets sick. * Schedule in-office days with ease—employees view the number of seats available for each day, and pre-book in-office days for themselves and their teams. * Ensure safe office arrival—employees sign-in to the office with their personal QR code in their digital wallet—all app free. Optionally require employees to complete a health screening form prior to entry. *Contactless visitor management—visitors simply scan a QR code at the reception, fill in the COVID-safe check-in form before their host receives an arrival notification letting them know if they passed the health screener.

Excellent Platform For Security Setup

I love how easy it was to use! There were some glitches at first with our account but they worked quickly & efficiently in getting everything fixed up within hours of my contacting them about concerns we had during setup process (which turned out not be issues afterall). It's helping us manage who has access into what areas which makes managing security easier than ever before!! Great product so far - no complaints from myself or others using this software as well. Would definitely recommend…

A great way (and free) software that helps companies keep an eye over all colleagues

The best thing about wellcom is its ability to track employee attendance in real time as it should be done by any employer these days! It's also very easy to use and has many useful features such as reminders of upcoming deadlines or important meetings etc. I haven't found anything yet which could make me dislike this tool but if you are looking for something simple then maybe try out other tools first before making your decision. We have been using WCLM with our employees since last year now…

  • Great analytics functionality how long did worker spend per week / month? what project he worked most frequently (in case user needs some statistics)

Great platform that makes managing your staff quick & simple

I like how the app is easy to use. I like how it can be easily used for both employees and visitors. I can find all the information I need within the app. There are a few things I would like to see, such as the ability to send pictures of employees and a way to easily find employee information. I would recommend this to anyone needing a way to easily manage their employees and visitors. I have been able to easily find information, send messages, and even schedule employee meetings. Great for internal office staff Communication

It's easy to use with my team! There are so many features you can't even know them offhand but they're very helpful when I need it most (ease of communication between employees). The benefits package isn’t exactly what we had in mind initially due some technical difficulties from their end regarding our payroll department - however things have been working out well since then though still not perfect as far user interface goes which makes me feel like there should be more options/features…
