Being an end-to-end consultant we had to work with various consultants as they are part of different teams within WGC. The project management was not up to par at times and it took longer than expected for some updates to go live. I am sure this has improved but there were delays at certain points due to lack of proper project manager coordination. We have been able to see a significant improvement since then. I liked that they were open minded about my situation as well as being very knowledgeable of what i was looking for which made it easier when choosing solutions from them! They are great at communicating with you throughout all stages so if there is anything along the way or after its been completed we can always talk through any issues/ concerns together no matter how small!!
