Enhanced Tabletop Ironing Board by Whitmor with Scorch Resistant Cover Review

This little ironing board is just what I needed. The legs are sturdy and fold easily and I love that I can hang it in my closet. As you can see from my photos I cut 2 pads out of an old towel and added them to the thin pad that was on it and now the padding is just right. . I'm happy with it so far. I have used it several times.

Just received this today and I usually wait until I've used the product a few times before doing a review but it comes back. I've been trying to iron some light cotton fabrics and the padding is so bad it has the wiring system printed on my fabric! And I just noticed that there is a crack on the lid. I bought this thinking it might be too small to do the job properly, but it works great! It's stable even when I'm ironing on my bed and wide enough to iron a fairly large piece of fabric before moving the clothes around. Much easier to use than I expected. I'm thinking of putting one in my laundry room and getting rid of the bulky board hanging there.

I don't iron much so just wanted a small ironing board for quick ironing. This item is very light; It also hangs easily in the closet with the attached hanger hook. Some reviews mention that the coating is thin but I don't see that as a problem. This allows vapor to flow more easily through the very open mesh upper, making it more efficient.

Perfect for my needs. This is particularly useful for people who have little storage space. Sturdy but not too heavy. Great for hanging in the closet. Before you buy it I would think about where you want to put it when you iron it. If you iron a lot, make sure it's at a comfortable height for you and that you can get an outlet out of there!
