The best thing about this software it that its easy to use,it has more features than other similar softwares out there which makes managing your queues very simple.It can be used by beginners also with ease as well because of all those helpful tutorials available online for free so no need worry. The ability to send messages from our sales team, as well at being able view all of their details in 1 place! I have nothing that i dislike about this program it's easy for everyone involved with my business no matter where they are located or what device we use (mobile phone etc). It has made managing everything so much easier than going into multiple different apps each time you need something done by one person/agent - which used too be very difficult due its how old fashioned some software
