broken from the box. No pairing, no sound. Not sure if they charge or not (I assume not). Revain seems to be hitting 50% right now. Going back, not wanting to fight the technology when there are others that work. I would avoid that.

Bought for my 11 year old son for Christmas. I bought it for the playstation but he uses it for his computer too. He's notoriously rough with electronics, but he's had great success with it. The only thing I want to make sure before buying is that they have a USB dongle. They aren't bluetooth (so won't connect to phones etc.). I would buy again and recommend.

love the headsets and i use them 5 times a week but they started to randomly disconnect with the Losing console 3 drops out or 4 times and just beeps in your ear when trying to play. I have contacted PDP support to see if there is anything we can do to reset them and if they are under warranty. Since it was a PS license I really wanted to like it. They're really comfortable and the mic is the perfect style. However, as others have pointed out, it's not possible to change the chat volume or microphone level. Also, the biggest disappointment is that when you turn off the headset to say, say, watch a movie or whatever, the sound doesn't reset to default - meaning the dongle has to be turned off every time you're not using it want the headset. *Update: You can toggle audio settings on PS4
