I love how easy it was to set up my account! The support team has been wonderful as well. It's not too expensive either which makes me feel good about using this service rather then paying out big bucks every month just so we can have an online presence. We are able to upload our videos directly through wistia without having any extra costs or fees involved. I enjoy using wistia because it has made my communication easier as I am able to reach out across our network easily! It also allows us to create better videos which are easy to share through multiple platforms such as Twitter & Facebook. There were some glitches when we first started but they have been resolved now so all was well again (knock on wood!). It's really straightforward once we got past figuring out all those options at first setup/signup process which may be intimidating after searching through endless websites before finally finding someone who can guide us or give guidance as well (my husband did!).
