These shelves did not come with a hook or hole, we had to drill holes. I painted them gray to match my daughter's bedroom. It turned out very well. The shelves are quite light and well made.

Pray for COVID to be history so I can host the two craft fairs I've been running for years! It's fun to use your little boxes. Did some cute stuff!

Overall very happy with the purchase. They're a little smaller than I expected, but still worked for the project I had in mind. As they are unfinished, expect some rough edges, but they sand very easily. They seem sturdy for what they are and I think they will hold up really well.

Overall great for the price! Received 2 pieces, total 14 pieces. They are small but fit well in the space I wanted. In the end I painted them. One wasn't formed well and almost fell apart when I attached it to the back of hangers I bought separately, but they're thin wood. Easy to use and cute when I'm done!

I bought these because they were a cheaper option for the hex shelf. I bought 2 packs and painted 11 and painted 3. The only downside to coloring is that they were assembled with wood glue so there were no spots where the glue smeared, but that's ok. I used velcro strips with the team's picture to hang them on the wall. Now that I know their size I will put some small artificial plants on some shelves.

Bought 2 sets of these. My husband drilled holes in the top of each so we could hang them on a small nail. We then just painted the inside with the accent colors of the rest of the room. Some of the hexes were split at the corners when they arrived, but not so severely that they could not be used. I haven't worn anything on it yet, but I wouldn't wear anything super heavy on it. For the price I am satisfied with the workmanship and would buy it again.

Couldn't get any better for the price. As an untreated wood that can be stained or painted yourself, it is worth it. I had to sand away some dried glue and rough edges, reglue a corner, and there were patches of glue inside that wouldn't move. It comes shrink-wrapped, not in an actual box. It will be hit when sent with heavy objects. It's not "furniture quality", it's craft project quality so prepare to do a little work. Make sure you have sandpaper and glue on hand. But it would take forever…

I have them hanging on the wall of my office, most of them have some kind of useful tool or accessory. I really liked that they came in simple board form which allowed me to change color easily. These little guys are great to start a project but remember they need a little work. I bought 2 sets to fill one of my walls as they are smaller than you think. I painted them with Spanish Oak Gel Stain and they look beautiful... except... some of them have a lot of invisible glue. It seemed pretty random from piece to piece.
