    Sexy Bulletproof Hand Tool

I absolutely abuse my tools. This ratchet is bulletproof! And very sexy and smooth in hand. I love my SK 3/8" and abuse it just as much...but I find myself abusing it even more just because it feels so good in my hand. I work on airplanes to make a living. Second for home because I like it so much.

Double 41 tooth bottom for 82 tooth action.

Contoured handle with perfect hand feel. Made in the USA 4 degree arc rotation with a loud and proud guarantee of fit and perfect balance so you don't carry a lot. They built them with pride in themselves and with great attention to you, the end user. It's rare to find a tool of this quality that makes you truly happy.

    Great Wrench: Hand Tool

Nice Wrench, made by folks in the US who pay into the same tax system as me. I use it for light auto jobs like changing the oil. The action is smooth and aesthetically perfect. The chrome finish was completely unaffected by using a hammer on the handle to unscrew the bolts instead of a crowbar. Good product. I plan to buy more of the Wright tool.

A tool that can take a beating

The tool itself 5 stars. Solidly built in the USA and ready for any challenge. I know this because the one I received from a third party that was listed as new was broken and not in the original box or any packaging other than the envelope. The wrench still works and the price was good so I decided not to return it Tool: 5 stars Seller: 1 star

    • Some flaws

    No worse than wrenches.

Bought to replace my Matco 88. This ratchet feels good in the hand but feels very stiff in the mechanism. Also, I don't know why the tip holding the socket is chrome plated. I just opened the package and there are already chips in the chrome. I have Wright wrenches that I've worn through over the years that don't have chrome chips, so it's disheartening to see chips on a brand new item. Still consider bringing that Wright back and just getting a Snap On and then retiring Matco for home use.

    • High marks for support and durability from testers

    • Lots of stuff

    Best value for money

Excellent value for money. I don't know of any other American 90 tooth ratchet available at this price. I didn't beat it, but after a few uses I became a fan of this ratchet. He has a good, easy turn of the bow. Chrome plating well done. I particularly appreciate that the anvil is chrome-plated - apparently competitors in this price range have long since abandoned this feature for cost reasons. An inexpensive, lifetime, American-made 90-tooth ratchet is your ticket.

    Beautifully designed and constructed instruments.

This Wright tool is beautifully designed and built and fits the hand perfectly. Perfectly contoured, with no sharp edges, carefully polished. This is a short 7" ratchet (#3490) and I prefer it for light to medium work but is strong enough for high torque work. For higher torque applications I prefer the 10" Wright ratchet (#3425). because of the additional leverage. To eliminate the natural wear and tear that a professional can see on any tool after years of use, Wright offers replacement kits…

    My new favorite ratchet.

When you see this ratchet knob like many others, you think it looks like junk. That's not it. If you buy this ratchet, free up space in your bottom drawer, and throw in all your other ratchets, chances are you won't use it anymore. Seriously, I bought this because a certain part I work on a lot is so tight that a pear head ratchet can't reach it. That's how it started. Now I use this ratchet almost exclusively. Wright Tool truly has created the perfect multi-purpose ratchet. I crank it with a…
