Excellent solution when calling centers need better ways of communication!

I like that it's easy for customers to get in touch with our helpdesk, as well as easily tracking tickets from start till end. It also has great customer support which helps speed up resolution. The only thing i dislike about this product is their price range. Although you can afford any amount, but if your budget is low, then try other products first before purchasing this service. We are solving ticketing issues related to call center agents' performance (call handling). This allows our team

  • Easy access when logged into my account; all cases assigned by ticket number available within 1 click away! No need having too many tabs open just so they have quick reference info at hand while working remotely..it was always there whenever called upon.great feature!!!!! :)

Great customer Service and super affordable price

I like that it's easy for customers who are not tech-savvy, i think my experience with this app has been very helpful because they have really made everything simple in order help people easily communicate through their website or calls! The only thing about using them was sometimes there were issues when having problems connecting via wifi but other than those small things nothing else seemed too bad at all so far great service!! Customer support always helps me out if needed anytime…

Excellent Customer Service - Great App Solution

The app helps me manage all my business calls with ease, allows for easy access from anywhere via an internet connection regardless if I'm at home or not (even when traveling). Not much dislike so far but there are some minor issues that could be improved upon like it would help reduce call drops more often which was really annoying in certain occasions where most other apps didn't have this problem as well! Make sure you use their support team before purchasing anything else they offer great…

  • Quick response time through chat box feature sometimes same day responses received during off hours / weekends
