Xubuntu Review

I like how easy it is to set up, install and use as well. It's also very light weight with minimal resources required for operation. The only thing about this distro is its lack of support for some older hardware, such as my old Acer Aspire One Netbook (AOD250). But it works just fine on all newer models. The desktop environment feels really nice to me, it flows well together for my liking (as I said in other reviews).The windows manager provides some great features like tiling or floating panels - which can be used as workspaces with different applications/sessions.It has its own DE called xfce4-panel which makes life easier while setting up new users /etc setups since you don't need all packages from gnome etc installed when using this OS only.I think there's still room for improvement…
